Janette and I are not the most computer literate people around and need to be shown/told how to use the computers in a plain language that we can understand. Every time Philip has been around to correct our mistakes he has shown us where we went wrong and then shown us how to rectify our unknowledgeable attempts at trying to self correct the mistakes. Philip is a down to earth listener and talker whom I have great faith in recommending for any computer software problems.
