Either way, our support is delivered in two ways:
By Remote Access using a Secure Connection
This is our fastest and most efficient way of handling support requests. It gives us the ability to respond efficiently to day-to-day issues that come up with computer systems. It also allows us to offer maintenance and configuration without needing physical site access.
By On-site Visits
These are usually needed for more complex or disruptive maintenance and support tasks.
We are highly experienced in networking (routers & switches) and WiFi systems, as well as with standard workstations and laptop units.
